Having trouble keeping focused? Massage therapy has been clinically proven among youth to reduce symptoms of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), including fidgeting and focusing on tasks. Two studies done on the effects of massage therapy for youth suffering from ADHD found that those who received massage were happier and more focused on school work. Anxiety and hyperactivity decreased, with the therapy acting as a short-term mood booster and a long-term solution to improve classroom behavior.
