Jessica Robertson, RD

Jessica Robertson, RD, is a weightneutral, personcentered dietitian with over fourteen years of
experience supporting clients across outpatient, clinical, residential, and university health
settings. She practices evidencebased nutrition through a collaborative, compassionate approach that empowers clients with practical education and sustainable behavior change.
Jessica’s interest in food and wellbeing began during her years as a ballet dancer, shaping her
belief in body inclusivity, joyful movement, and eating for overall wellbeing in addition to
enhancing athletic performance. After dancing professionally, she completed her degree in
Dietetics & Human Nutrition at McGill University and a Biology degree at the University of
Victoria.
Her practice is adaptable and individualized, recognizing that there is no onesizefitsall path to
health. Jessica supports clients in reducing stress around food, building confidence in nourishing themselves, and turning nutrition information into simple, meaningful steps. She takes a nondiet, weightinclusive approach that is nonjudgmental and rooted in fostering longterm wellbeing.
Whether you are managing a specific condition, navigating digestive health concerns, or simply
wanting to improve energy and wellbeing, Jessica creates practical, supportive nutrition plans
that fit real life on Vancouver Island. She is in good standing with the College of Health and
Care Professionals of British Columbia.
Outside of work, you can find her out in nature—trail running, mountain biking, or exploring the
outdoors with her family. She also loves traveling locally and abroad, discovering new foods,
and enjoying the sense of community that sharing meals creates.
