What is the cost of Custom Foot Orthotics?
$400.00 for one pair, no tax
$650.00 for two pairs, no tax
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
Not to visit us, but your insurer may require one for reimbursement. As of 2025 the UVSS plan does not require a medical doctor referral. The GSS plan and some staff plans do require a medical doctor referral. Please check your online health plan portal regarding your coverage.
How long does the scan take?
Less than 10 minutes.
When will I receive my orthotics?
Typically within 3–4 weeks.
Can I use them in different shoes?
Yes! They’re designed for a variety of footwear—from runners and dress shoes to cleats and boots. That’s one of the reasons why our second-pair discount is so popular.

We happily accept patients from the greater Victoria area. We are UVic’s complementary healthcare clinic. Our approach is comprehensive; we work closely with each other to help restore our clients back to optimal health. Our clinicians deal with a wide range of symptoms including: muscular dysfunction, joint pathology, gastrointestinal problems, lack of energy, insomnia, anxiety, and depression. We use techniques such as diet changes, massage, joint manipulation, eastern techniques like needling and others to combat these common conditions.
